What this tool does

A table definition generator turns your DB design (an ER diagram) directly into a table definition document, instead of you hand-writing or copy-pasting one into Excel. Define tables, columns, types, constraints, and foreign keys visually, and it outputs an Excel table definition and DDL automatically.

Once designed, the definition and the DDL always match your schema — no more silently drifting Excel copies or DDL that no longer matches the diagram.

What you can configure

The DB Builder on the left lets you set every attribute a table definition needs, through a GUI.

Logical / physical name: Manage a human-facing label and the actual DB column name separately.
Data type: uuid / varchar(n) / integer / numeric(p,s) / boolean / timestamptz / enum, etc., with length/precision.
PK, NOT NULL, UNIQUE, default: Set per column via checkboxes and fields — reflected in both the DDL and the Excel doc.
Foreign keys (FK): Draw a relation between tables; configure ON DELETE / ON UPDATE behavior.
Indexes: Composite indexes, UNIQUE indexes, and partial indexes (with a WHERE clause).
Target database: Switch PostgreSQL / SQLite and the type names and defaults convert automatically.
